Located on the eastside of the island, Channel View Retreat #4 is a two story, two-bedroom townhouse. This property faces the water so you will be accessing through the back entrance. Walking in you the first thing you will notice is the spectacular views, even from the back door! You are walking into a well equipped kitchen with a dining space. There is a half bathroom, and the living room features a pull out sleep sofa,  and a TV for your enjoyment, but let’s be honest… Through the sliding glass doors, you’re going to be watching the kayakers, the birds, and the lighthouse right from the living room! Or better yet, step out onto the porch and watch and relax into a rocking chair while inhaling the salty breeze. The second floor of this townhouse offers two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Take in the waterfront views right from the master bedroom window!
