Welcome to Easy Livin’! This home is located right on South Main Street. Easy Livin’ offers your own dock to try your hand at crabbing, fishing, or just relaxing and getting the best view of sunsets. Even better, if you are looking to come down to watch a NASA rocket launch, this dock gives you a front row seat to the show! 

Now, as you walk into this house, you will notice that the first floor has a super cozy room that is perfect for the kids to hangout! As you make your way upstairs, you will notice all of the modern and beachy aesthetic this house has to offer. There are 3 bedrooms in this house. The first one has two twins and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is also a full-sized bathroom in between these two bedrooms. The master suite also has a queen-sized bed and a private full-sized bathroom with a large tub. The sliding glass doors will lead you right to a balcony that overlooks the Chincoteague Channel. You can even watch the sunset from your own bed! 

The open concept of this living space is perfect for gathering all of your friends and family. This whole house is surrounded by windows to enjoy the breathtaking view of the channel from all over. The living room hosts multiple seating areas to enjoy some TV on the 65” smart TV. Past the living room is a stunning, modern, and fully equipped kitchen. There is additional seating at the long breakfast bar where your kids will love to sit while you stay busy in your spacious kitchen that comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite dish. As you are preparing your meals, you can open up those sliding glass doors and enjoy the salty sweet breeze and fresh air! Past the kitchen is a beautiful dining space. There is also a full-sized futon in the sunroom. 

If you open those side doors, you will be in awe of the beautiful deck this house has. You can cook out on the grill and enjoy your own dinner with a view at the outside table! Imagine watching the sunset and taking in the sweet serenity this island has to offer. These are the times we feel the luckiest to be here on the island.

Packing all of your beach necessities can be a pain, but Easy Livin’ makes it much easier! They provide beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, crab pots, crab hand lines, and beach toys.
