You will be entering the home through the back entrance which opens to a laundry room. Once you step inside you will quickly notice this home offers the perfect scenery and gives off the cozy, homelike vibes! The spacious living room is furnished with two pull out sofas and a chair, a cozy fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. The layout of the furniture is perfect for entertainment as well as enjoying the views of the Assateague Channel. You can access the front porch through the sliding glass doors in the living room and enjoy the sweet, salty breeze in the rocking chairs. The porch wraps around to the left of the house with a picnic table for enjoying meals in the fresh air. Entering back into the home through the front door, you will be walking into the corridor that holds storage for your shoes, jackets, hats, etc. Through the passageway, enter into the newly updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a small kitchen table perfect for breakfast in the morning. The dining room has stellar views of the Assateague Channel through the ceiling to floor windows and offers two dining room tables, great for larger gatherings! Off of the dining and kitchen space there are two bedrooms and one full size bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds and plenty of closet space. Off of the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a stand-up shower. With the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the house, it offers seclusion and a real “homey” feel.  We have no doubt that you will enjoy the location of this property, especially if you have children. The park is just a few steps away and you can even watch them play from the porch or front yard.
