THIS WATERFRONT HOME IS PERFECT TO ENJOY THE FAMOUS CHINCOTEAGUE ISLAND SUNSETS

This gorgeous two-story house is located on south main street directly across from the Chincoteague channel. Across the street you will find your own, private, dock that you can enjoy crabbing, clamming, fishing, or even just sharing memories about your Chincoteague adventures. There are also picnic tables on your dock to enjoy your meals right on the water. If you like to kayak, there is a floating dock that makes launching your kayak super easy! As you start to walk into this house, you will notice that it is handicap accessible. There is a wheelchair ramp alongside the steps to get into the house. 

Through the front doors, there is a large dining area that seats 8. This is a great area to gather your family and play some games inside! There is a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining area. There is something so charismatic about the oak woodwork in this kitchen! This floor also hosts a full-sized bathroom. The open layout of this house with water views from all over is incredible. As you make your way to the front of the house, you will find two seating areas. There is a flat screen TV but the view of the Chincoteague Channel through all of these windows is so incredible that you might just want to watch the tides change and see all of the boats cruising by. One couch has a queen size sleep sofa. 

 As you make your way upstairs, you will find an electric chair lift that holds up to 200lbs, if needed. There are two adjoining bedrooms on the top floor. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a king. There is also a half bath.
